Thank you for visiting our website. I hope you find our site to be different from other agency sites, just as Atrium is different from other agencies. Atrium is a boutique firm that services select clientele and offers each candidate personalized attention. We created the website to convey the same feelings you experience when you visit our offices: warmth and sophistication. Atrium is a welcoming place where your goals will be heard and you will be matched with positions that complement your personality and skills while fostering your professional growth.
Our plan when opening Atrium was to create an environment that would entice employees, clients and candidates. My mission has always been to treat people with respect and appreciation. I believe that when a person (our staff) is happy and treated well they will in turn treat others (our clients and Associates) in the same way. The result is a staff that radiates positive energy, likes coming to work each morning, and dedicates themselves to achieving success through integrity and hard work.
Teamwork has always been important to us at Atrium. We work hard for our clients and Associates and play hard as a group. I think of us as a "family" that works in an environment that’s enjoyable, supportive and nurturing. We strive to make these qualities part of every Atrium experience.
