The hallmark of Atrium is our ability to build relationships. Founded in 1995, today we work with many of the same Clients and Associates who have been loyal to us since our inception. Our Founders are still actively involved with Clients, and the Management team has all been with Atrium since its beginnings. We keep our boutique approach while now servicing many Fortune companies, across sectors, in more than ten states.

We get to know our Associates and Clients in ways which are unrivaled in this industry. With Associates, we conduct extensive behaviorally based interviews, wherein multiple members of our staff are involved. This affords us the opportunity to really learn about not only our Associates’ work histories, but also about their aspirations. We meet with our Clients, tour their offices, and create individualized hiring plans to forward their human capital strategies. As a result of this, our retention rate with placed candidates exceeds 90% and our Clients have much lower turnover.

Our Philosophy

Living our commitment to our clients and associates, Atrium coined the Applicant-Centric philosophy. This includes the Atrium Care Package, which provides co-paid medical and dental benefits, attainable vacation pay, a retirement plan, and a lucrative referral bonus for associates. This provides our clients with extensive co-employment protection. We take great care of our associates and as such, engender loyalty and performance from them: this serves our clients exceptionally well.

A Leader in Technology

Atrium has developed the Atrium e-Office which allows Associates to interface with clients in real time, without the hassle of paper timesheets. This 24/7 extranet tool affords Associates the ability to log into their accounts remotely, at their convenience. In accord with our Applicant-Centric model, this technology is one example of how we treat our Associates as true professional business partners. This technology innovation was years ahead of the industry. We continue to commit resources to the development of ‘associate-friendly’ tools.

A WBENC-certified, women-owned business, we are expert in meeting client’s social awareness needs, diversity initiatives, and governmental requirements to work with firms which have a woman or minority owned status.
