Our client is a national provider of office supplies, including business cases, small devices, and executive supplies. They are currently looking to hire an Account Executive / Sales Manager. The Account Executive / Sales Manager will handle national accounts. The company is looking for a Sales / Account Manager with 3-5 years experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, manage, and drive the company’s sales
  • Leverage computer channel partners to increase sales through DMRs, VAR’s corporate accounts, and retail accounts when appropriate
  • Manage distributor, develop new customers, and coordinate activities to enhance current accounts
  • Responsibilities will evolve as the company grows and business requirements change
  • Merchandise product assortment for specific customers and manage pricing strategy
  • Plan and supervise production of sales materials
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity in marketplace
  • Participate in trade shows to grow and bring in new accounts
  • Communicate regularly with customers and sales representatives
  • Bring new product suggestions to the attention of the product team
  • Coordinate requests for customer samples with the product team

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of industry experience with a successful record demonstrated by:
    • Opening new accounts
    • Launching new programs
    • Maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Independent “self-starter”
  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills

Education Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree required
