Our client is a busy architecture firm located in Boston, MA. They are currently searching for a professional Office Assistant to support their busy office. The Office Assistant role is a temporary opportunity with potential for direct hire for the right candidate.
Responsibilities of Office Assistant:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Set up appointments and make reservations for meeting rooms and travel arrangements
- Responsible for filing, faxing, and arranging couriers and shipments
- Assist with documentation of architecture transmittals
- Responsible for ordering office supplies and inventory
- Place catering orders
Qualifications for Office Assistant:
- 2-3 years experience in Office Assistant role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, but collegial environment
- Must be able to multi-task and have good organizational skills
- Proficient MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Education Requirements for Office Assistant:
- Bachelor’s Degree
