Our client is a busy architecture firm located in Boston, MA. They are currently searching for a professional Office Assistant to support their busy office. The Office Assistant role is a temporary opportunity with potential for direct hire for the right candidate.

Responsibilities of Office Assistant:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Set up appointments and make reservations for meeting rooms and travel arrangements
  • Responsible for filing, faxing, and arranging couriers and shipments
  • Assist with documentation of architecture transmittals
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies and inventory
  • Place catering orders

Qualifications for Office Assistant:

  • 2-3 years experience in Office Assistant role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, but collegial environment
  • Must be able to multi-task and have good organizational skills
  • Proficient MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Education Requirements for Office Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
