Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a professional and polished Receptionist to greet visitors, handle incoming calls and perform general administrative duties for our busy NYC office. This person may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry mail distribution, ordering supplies, and internet research tasks. The most vital portion of this role is to serve as the first impression of company by managing a high-volume phone line, hosting visitors, and consistently providing stellar customer assistance to external partners and clients.  

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Grants Analyst with exposure to federal, state and city grants to work for a social services organization based in Manhattan. This is a 2 month assignment with the potential for extension.

• Preparing monthly management reporting packages
• Preparing all month-end accruals and closing adjustments and financial statements
