Associate of the Month
Every month one Associate from each office is selected as the Associate of the Month. They are selected based on their performance and the feedback provided by their supervisors either by an evaluation card or quality control call. Winners who receive this award are then eligible for the Associate of the Year honor, which awards the winner with a generous cash bonus. (See a list of the winners below).
