January 2005, Atrium Staffing has expanded into Jersey City, NJ to complement our Manhattan, Roseland, Iselin and Princeton offices in New Jersey. Atrium acquired Readytemps/Ready Personnel, a Jersey City company founded in 1974. Atrium is pleased to extend the long relationships established by Readytemps over the years with many companies in the community. We are very excited to service Jersey City, Hoboken and the rest of Hudson, Bergen and Essex counties. The offices are a beautiful Harborside location in the Atrium building next to the Exchange Place Station. We will be doing administrative, scientific, clerical and financial recruiting from the Jersey City location. The eTimesheet eliminates the paper process and makes it easier for supervisors to approve Associates’ time worked. Once an Associate has submitted their hours via the eOffice, an email is sent to their supervisor with a hotlink to that client’s eOffice account. Then, the supervisor can approve the submittal and complete a performance evaluation for the Associate. We are currently working to get all temporary Associates an eOffice account and are gradually converting Atrium Clients from the paper to the online process. We expect all Atrium Clients to be participating in the eTimesheet within the next six months.
