January 2006, Atrium Now Offers Insurance after only 140 Hours! The Atrium Care Package, Atrium's comprehensive benefits program, is always improving. A basic benefits plan is now available to all Associates (except for payrolled) after accruing only 140 hours. A full medical plan is offered at 450 hours and Atrium co-pays the premiums after 950 hours. The eTimesheet eliminates the paper process and makes it easier for supervisors to approve Associates’ time worked. Once an Associate has submitted their hours via the eOffice, an email is sent to their supervisor with a hotlink to that client’s eOffice account. Then, the supervisor can approve the submittal and complete a performance evaluation for the Associate. We are currently working to get all temporary Associates an eOffice account and are gradually converting Atrium Clients from the paper to the online process. We expect all Atrium Clients to be participating in the eTimesheet within the next six months.
