Medical Benefits Program
Affordable Health Care Plan for all Associates after they have accrued only 140 hours with Atrium. This plan offers some basic coverage with limitations on maximums allowed. Premium is paid in full by the Associate.

Major Medical Plan, HIP a full, comprehensive plan available after accruing 450 hours. All Associates are eligible to join at this time, paying the premium in full.

Dental Benefits
After accruing 950 hours Atrium offers its associates dental coverage through Guardian’s network. There are two options: The High Option, Guardian and The Low Option, Guardian. The high option offers better rates on dental services (fillings, crowns, etc.).

These plans have no office co-pay for up to 2 examinations and cleanings per year, and provide a reasonable co-pay structure for other dental services. There is a $5 office visit fee. In addition, orthodontics are covered in full for a co-pay of $2,425. Premium is paid in full by the Associate.

Co-Paid Premiums
After 950 hours have been accrued by regular temporary Associates, Atrium covers 50% of Medical & Dental Benefit premiums, meaning our Associates are covered AND go home with more cash! Co-payment of benefits is not available for payrolled Associates.

Paid Time Off
Atrium does more than offer it, we PAY 35 hours paid time off for every 950 hours worked! This means Atrium Associates receive 2 weeks Paid Time Off a year! No hoops to jump through, just fair and square!

Direct Deposit
Direct deposit is immediately available to Associates placed on an assignment. Forms may be downloaded from your eOffice or obtained from our offices. Please allow 7 days for processing.

401(k)
Associates are eligible to participate after completing one calendar year with Atrium and accruing 1000 hours. Enrollments are effective on the first of the month following the eligibility date.

Discounted Gym Memberships
Atrium has partnered with New York Sports Club and Boston Sports Club so Associates are eligible for discounted rates. The discounted rate is $76 for a Passport Membership and monthly dues can be deducted directly from a checking account or charged to a credit card. (This rate is subject to change). There is a $39 processing fee and this also applies to current members who wish to switch to the corporate discount program. NYSC and BSC will handle all memberships and questions.

Transit Checks
Available to all Associates after they have accrued only 450 hours with Atrium. Associates may use pre-tax dollars to purchase Metrocards, train and parking vouchers in New York, New Jersey and Boston (each area has specific transportation that is eligible). You may deduct up to $105 pre-tax per month for this purpose. Transit Checks and Metrocards are mailed directly to you. Please contact the Benefits Administrator for full details.

Atrium Ace Award
Assignment supervisors are contacted for performance feedback; based on this feedback, and feedback from the Atrium Team on flexibility and attitude, an Associate is chosen to be the Associate of the Month. Atrium also recognizes one Associate as the Associate of the Year. This Associate is chosen from the 12 monthly winners and is awarded with a generous cash bonus.

Break in Service Rule: After 8 weeks of not working for Atrium, 150 hours will be deducted from an Associate’s hour accrual. 37.5 hours are deducted for every week thereafter the Associate is not employed by Atrium.
