Atrium has positioned itself as a technology leader in the staffing industry. Our web-based application, introduced in late 2001, eliminated the stack of paperwork applicants usually encounter before being interviewed. While a small amount of paperwork is legally required, applicants enjoy the ease of our online application.
All of our private interviewing rooms are equipped with a laptop allowing our Counselors to enter interview information directly into the applicants database file.
In late 2002, we unveiled the Atrium eOffice, an online extranet product that allows our Associates and Clients 24/7 access to their account information. The Atrium eOffice was further developed into a VMS (Vendor Management System) system that tracks and provides reporting for multiple staffing vendors at one client.
In 2003, we introduced the Atrium eTimesheet, an online timesheet verification module for the eOffice. Associates enter time worked into their eOffice while supervisors, privately and at their convenience, view and submit approvals via their eOffice.
And in August 2005 we introduced the Atrium eInvoice, a paperless method of posting customized invoices via the eOffice.
