- These repeat performers are available for immediate same-day assignments, as well as short and long-term positions.
- The Atrium Team is trained on each clients
fit specifications. - Upon the clients request a customized orientation brochure is created for training and orientation purposes.
Process: - Specialists identify Associates in the prescreening and interviewing process.
- Associates are entered into the client database once the Staffing Specialist determines that they are the right match.
- Two reference checks are performed for each Associates and the Associate is then orientated and trained on the clients specifications.
- Once an Associate is sent on an assignment, the quality process begins.
- Based upon the clients request, quality calls are conducted and tracked.
- The Associate is reassigned based on prior performance.
- Clients have access to real-time reports via their eOffice or email detailing the Preferred Associates currently available.
