Ace Seminars
Atrium hosts monthly Ace Seminars free to all eNewsletter subscribers. Ace Seminars cover important job search topics such as resumes & cover letters; interviewing; jobs for college grads; and how to turn your temp assignment into a career.
Client-Specific Review Meetings
Associates assigned to our larger clients are required to attend bi-annual meetings in our offices. Procedural updates, reminders and expectations are discussed.
Associate of the Month Program
Associates who receive positive evaluations from their supervisors are entered into a monthly drawing. The winner receives a reward and an on-site visit from their Counselor with goodies. They then become eligible for the Associate of the Year Award and a large cash bonus!
