- Weekly preparation of payroll checks
- Workers’ compensation coverage
- Federal and state payroll tax deposits
- Management of any required pre-employment testing and verification
- Management of unemployment claims
- Management of employee wage garnishments
- Quarterly payroll tax returns
- Yearly W-2’s
- eOffice: Information regarding employees, work orders, invoices, bill rates, or any other needs
- All reporting for payrollees can be tracked online
- All payrollees are catalogued in our database for future reference and utilization
- All billing qualifies as Women’s Business Enterprise spend
Companies are advised to use a third party company to pay hourly or part-time employees. When a third party, like Atrium, pays them they assume all co-employment risks.
