Atrium’s Referral Bonus Program, the most competitive in NYC, allows Atrium to draw applicants from an already highly qualified group, saving on the time and effort required to screen resumes submitted via other sources.
Atrium understands that a good reputation means success and we make great efforts to protect ours. To encourage these referrals we generously reward Associates who share their good experiences with their friends.
Our clients find comfort in knowing that the majority (72%!) of our Associates find Atrium because of someone’s good experience, not a fancy ad!
Referrals must work 80 hours or be placed in a full-time position for a period of at least 90 days. All referrals must be placed within a 12 month period for bonus eligibility. You must be a registered applicant of Atrium Staffing to be eligible for referral payments. Program effective June 1, 2007.
