Companies opt for a TEMP-TO-HIRE situation when they have an open position but for some reason are not able, or choose not, to immediately hire a candidate.
Temp-to-Hire serves both the Associate and the Client well because it gives both parties the opportunity to trial the situation before making a full commitment. Very often, the Temp-to-Hire process works the same as Direct Hire with one or more interviews completed before the Client selects a candidate. Although the length of time before the position is permanent varies, it is usually three months or longer before a decision is made between the two parties.
