Client Overview:

Our client is a retail makeup brand dedicated to creating versatile, high-performance products that celebrate individuality and self-expression. Currently, they are looking to expand their team by bringing on a Retail Sales Associate.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr

Position Overview:

The Retail Sales Associate supports both the sales floor and stockroom by processing shipments, restocking merchandise, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. It requires teamwork, physical activity, and a focus on efficiency to ensure a smooth and organized retail environment. This role is on-site, with a 30-hour workweek.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:

• Process and replenish merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Unload and check incoming shipments.
• Maintain store appearance through organized restocking and merchandising.
• Stock shelves and manage backstock in an efficient, timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members in a positive, goal-oriented environment.

Required Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Capable of standing/walking for long periods of time.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate: 

• Previous customer service and stockroom experience.

Education Requirements: 

• High school diploma is required.
