Electrical & Plumbing Supply Sales Coordinator

Our client is a trusted, family-owned electrical and plumbing supply company with a long-standing reputation for excellent service and strong industry relationships. We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Plumbing Supply Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$45k – $60k Annually + Bonus

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be the face of the company, working directly with contractors, wholesalers, suppliers, and walk-in customers to deliver expert product knowledge, accurate guidance, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical supply knowledge and working familiarity with plumbing products, enabling them to confidently recommend solutions, provide accurate job quotes, and build lasting customer relationships. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities of the Electrical & Plumbing Supply Sales Coordinator:

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the sales counter for electrical and plumbing professionals.
• Provide expert product guidance, job quotes, and tailored recommendations.
• Process sales transactions and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Support inventory management, restocking, and product organization.
• Collaborate with internal team members to resolve customer needs efficiently.

Required Experience/Skills for the Electrical & Plumbing Supply Sales Coordinator:

• Minimum 2 years in counter sales, electrical supply, or a related role in the trades.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with contractors, wholesalers, and suppliers.
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and a true team player.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Electrical & Plumbing Supply Sales Coordinator:

• Strong working knowledge of electrical products, systems, and applications (with plumbing familiarity preferred).

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
