New York, NY – Atrium Staffing proudly celebrates 20 years of connecting top talent with perspective employers. Rebecca Cenni founded Atrium in 1995 on her trademarked Applicant-Centric philosophy which humanizes the often transactional relationship between candidates and staffing agencies.

Over the past two decades, Cenni has grown the company from a one-room office above Grand Central Station into an award-winning firm with nationwide service offerings anticipating 20% year-over-year growth for 2015. Expansion is a top priority, as Atrium opened its eighth and ninth offices this year.

Initially focused on Administrative Support, Atrium’s temporary and direct hire staffing specialties now include Fashion & Retail, Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Creative, Manufacturing & Logistics, Real Estate, Scientific and Post Production. Continuing to innovate in a dynamic workforce landscape, Atrium also offers a robust suite of managed services tailored to each clients’ needs.

Twenty years later, Cenni still gets a thrill from being an instrumental part in the career development of so many people. “I’m most inspired by seeing the candidates we’ve placed excel professionally, many of them becoming leaders in their industry,” said Cenni. “That’s how I know that our foundation, the Applicant-Centric approach, is still the right guiding principle today.”

Also contributing a great deal to Atrium’s success is their dedicated internal staff, many of whom have been with the company over 15 years.

Cenni adds, “This is such an exciting industry, you’re literally part of the lifeblood of so many organizations, helping to build their internal teams. What a rewarding business to be in.”
