Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr – $22/hr
Position Overview:
The Event Staff will support a high-profile client during a 3-day event. They will ensure seamless guest experiences, manage logistics, and uphold professional standards.
Responsibilities of the Event Staff:
- Greet and assist guests throughout the event.
- Coordinate event logistics, including seating and registration.
- Provide information about event features and schedules.
- Support VIP guests and address special requests.
- Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Resolve guest concerns.
- Guide guests to facilities and exits.
Required Experience/Skills for the Event Staff:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Experience working with diverse groups.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
