Position Overview: The Account Coordinator role is a diversified position that requires time management, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.  An eligible candidate must be able to work independently, as well as collaborate with an internal team and external customers. Excellent written, oral and technical skills, in addition to and a positive, friendly attitude are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service and act as main point of contact to contingent labor population contracted by Client
  • Manage and exceed Client and Associate expectations
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to gather all job description, employment requisition and engagement details
  • Establish new Associates in Atrium database and timekeeping systems
  • Execute daily follow-ups
  • Create Excel and Google spreadsheets to organize data as necessary
  • Issue weekly payroll audits
  • Adhere to state-specific payroll laws and I-9 classifications that impact the payroll process and pursue continuous education in these areas
  • Interface closely with payroll department to ensure all jobs are coded correctly (exempt/non-exempt) and hours are being paid/billed correctly; Execute occasional payroll adjustments 
  • Troubleshoot Client and Associate escalations with the assistance of leadership
  • General office support: filing, scanning and copying when necessary
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, as needed

Client-Facing Duties:

  • Accept new engagement forms from clients to onboard Associates
  • Review engagement requests for completeness/accuracy (Associate contact information, pay rate information, job descriptions, client specific requirements, eTimesheet approvals, ect)
  • Explain exempt/non-exempt definitions and FLSA guidelines as necessary
  • Provide Managers with instructions and reminders for approving time weekly (eTimesheet) 
  • Manage Client inquiries during the course of onboarding and throughout Associate employment duration

Associate-Facing Duties:

  • Contact Associates to offer positions and ensure payrolling program clarity
  • Provide Associates with onboarding materials and instructions
  • Execute efficient onboarding process for new hire Associates
  • Review all new hire Associate paperwork (I-9s, W-4s, confidentiality agreements, etc.) for accuracy and completeness 
  • Facilitate pre-employment screening according to Client requirements
  • Explain benefits eligibility
  • Review onboarding paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide Associates with assignment start date, pay rate and timesheet entry information
  • Manage all Associate inquiries during the course of onboarding and throughout Associate employment duration

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 1-2 years administrative or human resources administrative experience
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
