The firm’s expertise includes Staffing, Payrolling, Managed Service Provider (MSP) Programs, Independent Contractor Engagement and Recruitment Process Outsourcing with an emphasis in Intern Programs.

Position Overview: The Managed Services Account Coordinator is a position that requires time management, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.  An eligible candidate must be a self-starter able to work independently and perform tasks week over week to ensure timely associate onboarding as well as payroll and invoice processing for both payrolled workers and supplier employees. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, and a patient, positive, friendly attitude is a must, as this role requires constant interfacing with Associates, Managers and Staffing Supplier Partners. The Account Coordinator will be primarily supporting a client within Atrium’s MSP division but will have exposure to additional payrolling and MSP accounts as bandwidth permits. This individual will gain exposure to various components of human resources, employee relations, benefits, payroll, staffing and compliance. The Account Coordinator will join a dedicated team reporting to the Account Director.

Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator

  • Facilitate all aspects of Associate onboarding including new hire paperwork (I-9s, W-4s, confidentiality agreements), pre-employment screenings, advanced medical surveillance, etc. according to Client and Atrium guidelines for payrolled workers
  • Review Associate onboarding for accuracy and completeness and ensure proper setup within Client VMS and Atrium’s internal system
  • Assist Hiring Managers and Staffing Suppliers during all stages of the contingent labor hiring and engagement process including but not limited to hosting manager intake calls, creating job postings, resume review and delivery, interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, invoicing and off boarding
  • Maintain Excel and Google spreadsheets to organize data as necessary
  • Contact Associates and Supplier Partners daily via phone and email to ensure payrolling and MSP program clarity, answer questions and provide candidate feedback
  • Adhere to state-specific payroll laws and pursue continuous education to ensure compliance
  • Shadow Team and Division Leadership to learn division nuances, account management techniques and program development
  • Participate in Program planning and attend weekly and monthly client and Staffing Supplier status calls to share program updates, best practices, etc.
  • Troubleshoot Associate and Supplier escalations with the assistance of team leadership
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications for the Account Coordinator:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1+ years of office experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Knowledge or experience with HR, Staffing, MSP or VMS is a plus but not required
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
