Our client, a manufacturing company, is currently seeking an experienced Account Coordinator.



Position Overview:

They are currently seeking a qualified Account Coordinator with previous B2B e-commerce experience to maintain relationships and expand the customer base.

Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator:

  • Promote relationships and brand loyalty through communication with customers and sales representatives by handling high volume of incoming phone calls and e-mails
  • Accurately capture and enter order information in EDI for key accounts such as Wal-Mart, Amazon, and Costco
  • Work closely with the sales team and warehouse
  • Strive to fulfill requests during initial contact with the customer
  • Foster communication and strong relationships with all members of the team
  • Investigate issues that require further research
  • Ensure proper execution of any other projects or tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications of the Account Coordinator:

  • 2 years of previous customer service experience (ideally B2B)
  • Working knowledge of EDI specific to e-commerce retail
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport/relationships via telephone conversation
  • Easily work independently with minimal supervision
  • Present a positive spin on disappointing news
  • Able to readily adjust to changing departmental and business needs
  • Deal with frustrated and angry customers seamlessly
  • Able to prioritize work depending on call and email volume
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong decision making skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
