Position Overview: The Atrium Account Manager is responsible for managing a large client within our Managed Services division. A successful team member must be able to demonstrate proven account management experience, including trusted Client relationships and business development.  In addition to growing Client relationships and Atrium business opportunities, the Account Manager must ensure service and compliance levels.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Act as main resource to successfully manage a Client Program
  • Model the highest levels of professionalism to Client Team and Atrium Associates
  • Train with internal team to understand historical relationships with Client Team and partner to operate within VMS platform, manage new requisitions and Associate Onboarding, as well as process weekly Payrolling file
  • Develop understanding of HR and employment law
  • Work closely with Account and Leaership teams during sensitive or escalation moments
  • Client Liaison for strategic workforce program planning, solutions and execution
  • Maintain communication with Client Sponsors, Managers and Associates
  • Partner with Atrium cross-functional leads and divisions, including Payroll, HR, Management, Finance and Staffing
  • Model the highest levels of professionalism and deliver white glove program service to support Client and Associate adoption, compliance, communications, onboarding, HR administration, invoicing and other operations
  • Proactively diagnose/resolve escalated Client concerns in a timely manner, together with leadership as needed
  • Guide internal team workflow, including both long-term and daily goals
  • Learn onboarding process and tasks, including but not limited to engagement and timekeeping systems, FLSA guidelines, Atrium pre-employment paperwork and Client screening requirements
  • Learn Atrium benefits eligibility and plans
  • Oversee new talent requisitions and ensure efficient, timely and accurate Associate onboarding via Account Coordinators
  • Generate, audit and distribute Client reports as needed

Qualifications for the Account Manager:

  • Minimum three (3) years Account Management experience
  • Staffing, Contingent Workforce, employment law experience a plus
  • Ability to manage projects and maintain highly confidential information
  • Excellent customer service skills with solid follow-up and follow-through
  • Superb organizational and prioritization skills, with proven adaptability amidst changing business needs
  • Strong analytical, strategy, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to make sound, proactive decisions
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and the ability to track work utilizing Google Docs; additional interest/aptitude in learning HR technology space/platforms including but not limited to CRM/Talent Communities
