Accounting Supervisor

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85,000 – $100,000

Position Overview:

The Accounting Supervisor position will be for the logistics Warehouse Division and will report to the Senior Accounting Manager of CWS. The Accounting Supervisor will provide feedback and coaching to team members.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Supervisor:

• Partners with the Senior Accounting Manager to establish/develop processes and controls around collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information
• Manages and oversees the daily responsibilities of the CWS accounting team which will include accounts payable, partner reporting, reconciliations, cash application, and weekly issuance of P&Ls

Qualifications for the Accounting Supervisor:

• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point
• Experience with Great Plains a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in accounting

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited university is required
• CPA preferred with a mix of public and industry experience
