Accounts Payable Analyst

Our client, a media company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team. This company is rapidly growing, which is why they are looking to expand their Accounting team. Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18 – $22/hr

Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be working with the accounting team and report to the Accounts Payable Manager. The ideal Accounts Payable Analyst will assist with all things AP, with some finance projects as needed. It is a great opportunity for those looking to grow and learn.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Analyst:

• Support Accounts Payable team
• Full cycle accounts payable – match, batch, and code
• Process high-volume invoices
• Assist with month end closing
• Generate reports

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Analyst:

• 1 year minimum working in Accounts Payable
• Preferably NetSuite, SAP, or any similar ERP system experience
• Experience with Coupa, Concur, or similar software’s
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables & v-look ups)
• Positive attitude

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
