Our client, a well-established leader in the financial industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk who is eager to gain corporate office experience. Our client provides full-service invoice factoring to all types of industries.

Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable aging reports, and posting cash receipts. The Account Payable Clerk will be working out of the Hamilton Office.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Customer invoice processing
  • Posting cash receipts
  • Pulling reports
  • Record keeping
  • Assisting with confirmation of payments
  • Additional customer service and clerical duties

Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Must be available to work onsite from Monday to Friday
  • Detail-orientated and outgoing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent is required
