Our client is developing the next generation of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) to improve outcomes for cancer patients. By generating targeted therapies with enhanced anti-tumor activity and favorable tolerability profiles, they aim to disrupt the progression of cancer and offer our patients more good days. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance and accounting team for a 6 month contract with a possible extension.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

Dependent on experience

Position Overview:

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

  • Assist with the processing of invoices through the requisitioning system, Concur
  • Verification through data capture, account coding, and appropriate approval routing of invoices
  • Generation of payments via electronic funds transfer or checks on a weekly basis
  • Interacting with employees and vendors daily, so it is imperative they are always able to interact in a professional manner

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

  • Prior Accounts Payable experience with Concur and Great Plains Accounting Software is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Data entry skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
