Our client is a well-known company within the retail and wholesale industry looking to expand their NY team. They are currently seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team.

Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable Coordinator must be organized and detail oriented while completing bank reconciliations, ACH payments, and processing vendor invoices.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

  • Support Accounts Payable Manager with daily activities
  • Make payments and generate expense reports within a timely manner
  • Assist with month end closing
  • Review and process high volume vendor invoices
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

  • Accounts Payable Coordinator must have 1-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Knowledge of ERP and SAP is preferred
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables & vlookups)
  • Excellent multi-tasking, hardworking

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
