Client Overview:

Atrium is partnering with a large restaurant and hospitality company headquartered in Orlando, FL. Our client has more than 100 locations throughout the US, and they are continuing to grow and expand their footprint. They are looking to add an Accounts Payable Coordinator to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr – $24/hr

Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function for multiple locations. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will process vendor payments and supporting documentation for a high volume of invoices.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

  • Processing invoices and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Reconciling credit cards statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Communicating with vendors to resolve any issues related to payment.
  • Reviewing expense reports and processing for disbursement.
  • Auditing statements for accuracy and processing checks.
  • Other duties as assigned..

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

  • 3+ years of experience of accounts payable processing.
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and excellent Excel skills.
  • ERP system experience is preferred but not required.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED is required.
