Our client is seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$19/hr – $21/hr plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will maintain small collections accounts utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft Navision among other duties. The schedule is hybrid with 2 days remote and 3 days in office.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

  • Maintain and update customer files with contact information, billing e-mail addresses, and verification of accounts
  • Provide customer statements and prepare and send past-due notices
  • Draft correspondence to account holders to request payment and resolve inquiries
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies and past-due amounts
  • Collect accounts in compliance

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills are required (skills test is required)
  • Customer-centric approach with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to establish and nourish effective working relationships with customers, managers, supply partners, and fellow employees
  • A self-starter with a “can-do” mentality
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organization skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
