Our client is a pharmaceutical company looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to aid their Accounting Team. The company is pursuing a professional who can work collaboratively on a team providing efficient results within a rapidly expanding industry.

Position Overview:

The job is a hybrid position that has the potential for a full-time offer. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist the accounting department in reviewing, analyzing, and disputing chargebacks taken by customers. Responsibilities will reach spectrums of monitoring and processing incoming payments and securing revenue. The position requires a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist accompanied with determination and communication skills that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Conduct research and analysis of AR reports
  • Ensure all chargebacks are correct and valid
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of chargeback items
  • Provide support as required in assisting monthly chargeback reconciliations
  • Monitor and track all cash receipts in a timely manner

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • 2 to 3 years of accounting experience required
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and journals
  • Proficiency in Excel preferably (Pivot and V Lookup)
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented
