Our client is a large pharmaceutical company looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their Accounting team. The company is pursuing an Accounts Receivable Specialist who can work collaboratively on a team providing efficient results within a rapidly expanding industry.

Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist the Accounting department in reconciling accounts, and recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Responsibilities will reach spectrums of resolving payment discrepancies and updating receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. The position requires a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist accompanied with determination and communication skills that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job is a hybrid position that has the potential for a full-time offer.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Recording credit transactions utilizing accounting experience
  • Verifying revenues and entering transactions
  • Creating and supplying invoices
  • Creating aging reports
  • Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies

Qualifications for Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • 2 – 3 years of accounting experience is required
  • Expertise in financial reporting, accounting, billing, and collections systems
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
