$20/hr – $23/hr

Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer payments, assisting with collections, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Recording customer payments in the accounting system
  • Assisting with collections efforts for past-due accounts
  • Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Communicating with customers and other departments as necessary
  • Resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise
  • Other duties as assigned by the Accounts Receivable Manager

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience with accounting software and Excel

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
