Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, reconciling customer accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities of the Accounts receivable Specialist:

• Process and post customer payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Communicate with customers regarding billing issues and payment status
• Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize the accounts receivable process
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both internal and external customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Experience in consumer goods industry would be a plus

Education Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher is required
