$20-$25/hr | $50,000-$60,000

Position Overview:

This industry favorite brand is located in a beautiful loft space in Manhattan. For the time being this position would be remote to start. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist with their day to day admin needs. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones and managing emails. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling appointments for the directors. The Administrative Assistant will order all office supplies and keeping the front of the office tidy and welcoming once back in office. The Administrative Assistant must be detail oriented and have a sense of urgency. The Administrative Assistant will interact with clients and guest and must have a fantastic personality. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer and direct calls
  • Order supplies
  • Set up meetings
  • Manage all emails
  • Calendar management
  • Organize and maintain files
  • Assist with any projects as needed

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 4 to 6 years of admin experience is required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Team player
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Know the ins and outs of Microsoft suite

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
