Our client, a wellness company in NYC, is looking to bring on an Administrative Assistant to join their expanding team. The culture of this company is creative, energetic, and welcoming. This Administrative Assistant will work closely with high-level executives in helping with their day-to-day needs. This Administrative Assistant role is perfect for someone who wants to work a hybrid schedule in a fast-paced environment!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $35/hr

Position Overview:

As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for many different duties such as answering phones and emails, setting up conference rooms, greeting any guests, managing travel arrangements and other general administrative support. The ideal Administrative Assistant is someone who has past office or admin experience. The team is looking for someone with strong time-management skills and one with the mentality that no job is too big or small. As the Administrative Assistant you must be proactive and provide seamless support. This Administrative Assistant should be comfortable handling many tasks at once and being tech savvy is a must!

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Prepare documents for meetings
  • Coordinate meetings and conference rooms and occasional travel
  • Answer phones and emails directing them to the appropriate person
  • Manage conference room bookings and cleanliness
  • Greet guests and visitors
  • Occasional data entry, filing, and other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:

  • 1 – 3 years of Administrative Assistant or office experience
  • Must have great time management and ability to prioritize
  • Must be tech savvy including experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
