Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the office.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$16/hr – $19p/hr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will have excellent time-management skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. The ideal Administrative Assistant will be able to multi-task and will have strong prioritization skills. The Administrative Assistant will work onsite from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Answer phones, set up meetings, prepare correspondence
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Prepare forms and documents
- Office supply inventory including vendor management
- Collect, scan, and process mail
- Schedule, organize meetings, and department activities
- Maintain multiple calendars across various departments
- Process travel reimbursements and expense reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- 2 years of previous administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to use G Suite tools and Adobe Acrobat
- Must have flexible personality and willingness to learn
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Must be fully vaccinated and have the booster
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is required
