Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80,000 – $90,000

Position Overview:

The ideal Administrative Assistant will be able to manage a wide range of responsibilities independently and with little supervision. The role will require a great deal of expense processing using Concur, so this candidate must be extremely well versed in complex travel and expense coding for accounting. It is also crucial for the Administrative Assistant to be methodical, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Handle expense processing via Concur
  • Schedule all conference calls and meetings
  • Maintain conference room calendar and order catering and lunches for internal and external meetings
  • Completing and tracking expense reports
  • Create and edit presentations, brief documentations and meeting agendas
  • Manage phone and email correspondence on behalf of executives

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role supporting a team of executives
  • Must have hands on experience with Concur or similar expense system
  • Extremely detail oriented, great at prioritizing and multitasking, and hardworking
  • Must be team oriented and collaborative
  • Work extremely well under pressure and thrive working in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
