Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Northern NJ. If you’re looking for a team environment and a new challenging opportunity this is the right role for you. This position is running on a temporary basis.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18 – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will work normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The Administrative Assistant position requires someone that can handle a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Assist with daily office operations
  • Schedule meetings, update and maintain a calendar for in house team
  • Coordinate with team members to give the best support possible for clerical tasks
  • Handle communications representing the business via the phone and email
  • Entering data, organizing and distributing paperwork
  • Preparing any Memos or Presentations as needed

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • One year of admin experience is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
