Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $21/hr

Position Overview:

The administrative assistant will work normal business hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Assist with daily office operations
  • Manage and maintain multiple calendars and travel arrangements
  • File, photocopy, or scan documents as needed
  • Answer multi-line telephone systems and direct calls to the proper person in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide an outstanding level of customer service

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and quick learning abilities

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required
