Our client is a leading luxury distributor in the area looking to bring on an Administrative Assistant to their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$16 – $18/hr

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant should be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with team members. The Administrative Assistant carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and etc.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support any visitors
  • Provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 1+ year of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
  • Communication both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional
  • Multitasking

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
