Our client is a leading luxury distributor in the area looking to bring on an Administrative Assistant to their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$16 – $18/hr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant should be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with team members. The Administrative Assistant carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and etc.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support any visitors
- Provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
- 1+ year of Administrative Assistant experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Communication both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional
- Multitasking
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
