Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. The Administrative Assistant will perform office management and clerical functions while supporting leadership. Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant who wants an opportunity to make an impact and grow with the company.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$70k
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant’s primary function includes managing calendars, scheduling travel and meetings, generating expense reports, and having the ability to be flexible and help where needed. The candidate should be a problem-solver, detail-oriented, and have a professional positive attitude. The candidate should have experience working in a team with other admins.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Manage scheduling and calendars for internal and external meetings
- Coordinate travel for senior executives
- Support staff in assigned project-based work
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and meeting requests
- Order and distribute office supplies for the department
- Perform clerical duties that include, but are not limited to, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Assist with all expenses and invoices
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
- 2 – 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience is required
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
