Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their investment team. This position will play a vital role in the firm’s continued success as this role will serve as a point of contact for all administrative needs of the investment team. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$75k – $85k
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate for the position should have 3 – 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a corporate professional setting. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all administrative needs for the firm’s investment team, ranging from: calendar management and travel arrangement to editing and submitting PowerPoint slide decks. The perfect candidate will be able to handle all responsibilities while maintaining professional composure.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Support high-level senior leaders with calendar management, expenses, travel, and PowerPoint presentations
- Review invoices, tax filings, quarterly calls, and records management
- Coordinate international and domestic meetings across time zones for the Investment team
- Anticipate needs, be attentive to detail, and professionally represent the company
- Serve as the point of contact with external clients
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience in a corporate professional setting supporting a team
- Experience using Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook
- Able to work under pressure and under tight timelines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize and re-prioritize as needed
- Focus on quality and a strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented approach
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
