Our client, a reputable property management organization, is looking for an Administrative Assistant professional to help their team based out of Bonita Springs, FL during a pivotal time of year.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$15/hr – $17/hr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant would report directly to the General Manager. The ideal Administrative Assistant has excellent written and spoken communication skills. The Administrative Assistant should have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. The ideal Administrative Assistant has excellent organizational skills and can help our client during a pivotal time of year.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Responsible for filing, typing, faxing, scanning, copying, and printing as needed
- Receive and return incoming phone calls
- Responsible for data entry
- Communicate directly with property management staff
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
- 1+ years of equivalent work experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Have discretion with confidential and sensitive information
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required
