Our client is a design strategy consulting group that services three areas of business: visual interaction, strategy and technology. They work with industries across the board such as, transportation, healthcare, fashion, retail, finance and social impact groups. Currently, they are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a temp-to-perm basis.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $22-28/hr, $55-65k DOE

Position Overview: We are looking for a fast-paced Administrative Assistant that can hit the ground running. The Administrative Assistant will spend a majority of their time with the leadership and operations division assisting with projects and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Manage multiple Outlook calendars with expertise; plan and coordinate a variety of meetings and events, such as staff meetings (including recording of action items)
  • Execute administrative duties with a high degree of judgment to effectively manage the leadership office which will include continuous interaction with the operations team
  • Report directly to the SVP, Chief Talent Office and is based at New York Headquarters
  • Provide full range of administrative support including managing dynamic calendars, time-sensitive meetings, managing travel arrangements, screening phone calls, ordering supplies and processing expenses
  • Demonstrate expert collaboration and communication skills in a team environment, and share knowledge, influence best-practices, and coordinate workflow
  • Work well in self-directed environment, with minimal instruction needed, and take accountability for decisions and outcomes

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Minimum of 4 years of corporate or creative administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to function in a high demand, performance-driven environment
  • Initiative and strong communication skills a must. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization
