Our client, an established PR firm in Midtown, is looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join their fast-paced team! Their office has a beautiful start up, open concept feel with a fast-paced but collaborative environment!

Salary/Hourly Rate:  $18-22/hr

Position Overview:  Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant who is personable and ready to hit the ground running to maximize the office’s productivity!  The Administrative Assistant will be the front face of their office.  In this role, you would be responsible for answering the phones, responding to e-mails, and calendar management.  The ideal candidate should feel comfortable taking initiative and has a can-do attitude!

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Receive incoming calls and action as needed
  • Provide high level of customer service and hospitality to clients
  • Manage Outlook Calendar for the office
  • Order and organize office supplies
  • General office maintenance and additional ad hoc duties as needed

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Minimum of 1-3+ years’ experience in a similar administrative capacity
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Google Suite
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
