Our client is looking to hire a professional Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be organized, enthusiastic, a hard worker, and dependable.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $13/hr – $15/hr DOE

Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant must bring a hard-working mentality in to the office, while maintaining a positive attitude and taking initiative.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Handle general office duties such as mailing, filing, phone calls, and faxing
  • Manage office calendar including organizing and setting up meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries
  • Order and manage all office supplies
  • Complete data entry
  • Assist management in daily tasks and projects
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 1-3 years of administrative and support experience
  • Must pay attention to detail and be extremely organized
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suites

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
