Our client is looking for energetic and eager Administrative Assistants for the media world! Their fast paced office is centrally located in NYC with gorgeous views of the city and a true sense of office culture.
$20/hr – $25/hr | $45k – $50k DOE
Our Client is looking for a sharp, energetic, and innovative administrative assistant to join their fast growing team! The ideal candidate for this role will be someone able to pivot when needed with poise, someone with comfortability managing an office calendar and an ability to anticipate needs!
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Email management using Outlook
- Calendar manager using Outlook
- Event planning for office functions
- Ad hoc duties as needed
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook, Salesforce experience is a bonus!
- Ability to communicate clearly in a fast paced environment
- Self- starter
- Bachelor’s Degree
