Our client, a growing technology company, is looking for a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Salary/Rate:

15/hr

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. The ideal Administrative Assistant will be able to multi-task and will have strong prioritization skills.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer phones, set up meetings, and prepare correspondence
  • Office supply inventory including vendor management
  • Schedule, organize meetings and department activities
  • Maintain multiple calendars across various departments
  • Process travel reimbursements and expense reports

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Minimum 1 year of previous administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new software quickly

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
