Our client is looking to hire a professional Administrative Assistant to assist with an ongoing contract assignment. The ideal candidate will be organized, enthusiastic, a hard worker, and dependable.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$15/hr

Position Overview:

Our client wants an Administrative Assistant who brings a hard-working mentality in to the office, while maintaining a positive attitude and taking initiative.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer phones, routing specific calls to appropriate department heads, and taking detailed messages
  • Prepare expense reports for Billing Department
  • Manage calendars for various department heads and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
  • Manage travel arrangements accordingly

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an office setting providing administrative support
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with demonstrated experience working independently as well as part of the team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education:

  • Associate degree or Baccalaureate degree is preferred
